With the IBE method extensions are sewn in using beads and thread in a way that blends seamlessly. It's flexible while also being tension free allowing your scalp and hair to remain healthy and intact. Each install is custom to each guest needs with placement, number of rows, amount of hair and custom coloring to achieve a perfect match.
The IBE education is a mark above. While most extension certifications are a one day class experience IBE is a mentorship program where the stylist works one on one with an
instructor through the course of several weeks to
learn every step of the process.
I chose to go even farther with my education to become a
Master Technician. This is also a one on one course where
you learn to master each step of the method along
with understanding the why and how.

**​Reinstalls are needed every 7-10 weeks depending on hair growth. At each reinstall the row/rows are completely removed & re-installed.
